Imia by Combase

Privacy Policy

Effective 19 June 2026

This policy explains how Imia Centre and Imia Practitioner handle information used to provide reception check-in and practitioner notification services.

Information we collect

Imia Centre stores centre administrator names and email addresses, centre names and addresses, practitioner names, email addresses and disciplines, and reception check-in records. A client first name is collected only when the selected practitioner has requested it. The app may also store an installation identifier and push notification token needed to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to operate reception check-in, manage practitioner invitations and working locations, notify practitioners when clients arrive, support linked centres within an organisation, secure centre accounts, and provide technical support. Imia does not use this information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

Imia uses Amazon Web Services for authentication, application hosting and data storage, and Expo notification services to deliver push notifications. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.

Retention and security

Information is retained while an account or centre service remains active and as reasonably required for security, support and legal obligations. Appropriate technical safeguards are used to protect stored and transmitted information.

Your choices

Centre administrators and practitioners can update relevant account and centre information in the service. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact Imia using the address below. Account deletion requests can also be made using the Imia account deletion instructions.
